Vikram & Betal is a story-driven action & adventure game with beautiful 2d pixel art.

It brings the Vikram & Betal stories to life in a game with Betal telling stories and asking questions.

This game is a prototype made during the #BadaSoch game jam.

  • The central idea of this game is "Thinking Big" and this is brought out  through the questions asked by Betal
  • This game itself is a product of the deveoper's big thinking  to bring to life an Indian story series 

Controls : 

  • Move Left - Left arrow or A
  • Move Right - Right arrow or D
  • Jump - Space bar
  • Attack - X

Hey. I played your game and recorded a video about it. I think that the game is well done. Especially if it is your first time making a game. I enjoyed playing it. Also, the story is fascinating. If you want to cut your game out of the video, let me know. However, if you like the video, I make similar videos every day. I will be happy if you subscribe. Anyway, I enjoyed playing your game.

Really nice for a game that is made in 2 days. Nice use of animation and assets. Maybe be adding few sound effect and a background music will make it much better. I loved it though!
